Teresa Griffin M.Ed LMHC

Teresa graduated with honors from Northeastern University obtaining her undergraduate degree in a duo major of Sociology and Anthropology. She then earned her master’s degree in Education with a specialty in Pastoral Counseling and Trauma from Cambridge College. As a clinical therapist she has worked at a variety of outpatient mental health clinics, residential and day treatment programs as well as facilities for the developmentally disabled. In addition, she has provided counseling services in a variety of church and parachurch ministries.

Teresa specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Techniques, Supportive Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy as well as Christian Counseling. She provide services to youth, families and adults coping with trauma, stress, abuse, depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, anxiety, phobias, post traumatic disorder, conduct disorder, attention deficit hyperactive disorder etc... She has successfully helped children, families, and adults with adjustment difficulties, traumatic stress exposure, and other concerns that impact daily functioning.
